2020年12月16日至17日，第九届技术促进教育变革国际会议（The Ninth International Conference of Educational Innovation through Technology,EITT 2020）通过网络在线会议方式举行，本届会议的主题为Borderless Transdisciplinary Education in the Internet Age（互联网时代的无边界跨学科教育）。作为国际华人教育技术学会（SICET）主办的一年一度的教育技术国际盛会，原定于在葡萄牙TRAS-OS-蒙特斯与奥拓杜罗大学召开的年会，由于全球新冠病毒疫情的影响通过网络会议的方式召开，来自八个国家和地区的80多位学者参加了在线会议。

本届学术年会共包括五个主旨报告：12月16日，美国代顿大学（University of Dayton）教育学院院长Alison Carr-Chellman博士和挪威奥斯陆城市大学(Oslo Metropolitan University) Froda Eika Sandnes博士分别作了Reaching transdisciplinary through field reconceptualization: From systems to learning engineering和Embracing student diversity for quality in higher education的主旨报告；12月17日，华南师范大学著名教授李克东先生、美国马里兰大学巴尔的摩分校（University of Maryland, Baltimore）Patricia A. Young博士和清华大学教育研究院副院长韩锡斌博士分别作了Artificial Intelligence Promotes the Reform of Teaching and Learning Methods、The Borderless Role of Innovation in Educational Technology和Online Learning in Vocational Education of China during the COVID-19: Achievements, Challenges and Future Development的主旨报告。

我bevictor伟德官网青年学者葛文双博士和徐晶晶博士参加了本次学术年会，其中葛文双博士主持了“SESSION C Professional Development of Teacher Education”分会会议。葛文双博士作了题为“Teacher supported behaviors affecting MOOC learners’ intention based on TAM and SOR Model”的分会报告，针对MOOC环境下教师教学支持行为与在线学习者学习效果的相互关系进行了研究。徐晶晶博士作了题为“Analysis of the Differences of K-12 Digital Learning Situation from A City in the East of China”的分会报告，对中国东部某市的城市学校、乡镇学校和农村学校学生的数字化学习差异进行了比较研究和深入分析。
